As a Junior Graphic Designer, I led the overhaul of the company’s social media presence, collaborating closely with the General Manager to elevate brand visibility and better reflect the personalities of our agents. Since launching the new branding, we’ve achieved a 300% increase in user viewership, with post interactions doubling compared to the previous year.

A key objective of the rebrand was to strengthen our agent’s online presence. To support this, I conceptualised, scripted, and directed monthly film shoots that highlighted the distinct roles and personalities within our Sales and Rental Departments. The resulting reels consistently generated strong engagement and positive client feedback.
Several of these reels were also repurposed as targets social media advertisements to drive profile visits and audience interaction. The campaigns increased overall viewership across our social channels and contributed to a noticeable rise in client enquiries, expanding lead generation beyond our previously predominant reliance on word-of-mouth referrals.
